Abstract

This thesis is an evaluation of the Marine Corps Dining Facility at the Mountain Warfare Training Center, Bridgeport, California. The objective is to determine why the dining facility has constantly exceeded the authorized inventory level and the basic Daily Food Allowance. A management survey was conducted into the problem areas. A list of alternative solutions and recommendations are provided. (Author)
