The Postprocessing Technique in the Finite Element Method - The Theory and Experience.

Abstract

The paper addresses the h, p, and h-p versions of the finite element method in connection with a postprocessing technique for extracting the values of a functional. This technique combines the finite element method with the analytical ideas of the theory of partial differential equations of elliptic type. (Author)
