On the Scattering of Electromagnetic Waves by Perfectly Conducting Bodies Moving in Vacuum. Part 2. Scattering by Stationary Perfect Conductors.

Abstract

The equations derived for the problem of electromagnetic scattering from a perfectly conducting body undergoing general non-rigid motion in Part I of this series are specialized for the case when the body is stationary. The simplification of the reformulation of the problem as an integro-differential equation is carried out explicitly in this case and a constructive method of solution is presented. (Author)
