Abstract

An overview of the FY83 research program is presented in terms of these five research domains: Structure and Equip the Force, Man the Force, Train the Force, Develop Units, and maintain Force Readiness. There are also sections on major awards, in-house publications, professional publications and presentations, FY83 program management (mission, the core program, the three component Laboratories and the Basic Research Office, and program resources), and messages from the Commander and the Technical Director.
