Abstract

This document is Volume 2 of the Handbook for Evaluation and Life Cycle Planning for Software (HELPS). This volume provides the user with comprehensive checklists and guides to ensure that the software performance requirements dictated in the System Specification and the tasks in the Statements of Work, have been functionally and quantitatively defined. It also defines the standards and responsibilities of the contractor in delivering a quality software product. It includes sections on source selection, evaluation criteria, and the Source Selection Evaluation Board. (Author)
