Abstract

This document is Volume III of the Handbook for Evaluation and Life Cycle Planning for Software (HELPS). This volume provides the user with comprehensive checklists and guides necessary to evaluate a contractor's software development efforts. These include: documentation, related specifications, support analysis, study reports, pertinent design issues, special requirements, interfacing, and other relevant action items. It lists the necessary preparation for each of the MIL-STD-1521A reviews and audits. (Author)
