User's Guide: Computer Program for Analysis of Two-Dimensional Beam-Columns with Nonlinear Supports (CBNTBM).

Abstract

This report documents a computer program--CBNTBM--for analysis of a plane frame structure which is an assemblage of beam-column elements with linear and/or nonlinear spring supports. The report: a. Describes the structural system considered and the mathematical model used for analysis; b. Presents the force-displacement relationships for the mathematical model and describes the computational procedure used for solution; c. Describes the computer program; and d. Presents example solutions obtained with the program. (Author)
