Abstract

This report contains a comprehensive review of the literature relating physical activity to productivity within the context of a theoretical model. The report also describes the results of cross-sectional analyses of survey data on physical activity in national samples weighted to match USAF demographics. The results revealed little difference between levels of physical activity and health-related measures of productivity.
