Abstract

The purposes and goals of the project effort are defined as follows: Identify and functionally tie prerequisite competencies and basic skills to MOS performance requirements via a uniform process of extended task analysis; Facilitate the diagnosing and prescription of needed remedial training for identified prerequisite competencies and basic skills through the development of skills profiles and diagnostic tests; and Provide descriptions, models, and specifications for remedial training programs so identified prerequisite competency and basic skills deficiencies can be remediated on an individual basis.
