Abstract

Report develops and sets forth a possible drought contingency plan of operation for Black Rock Lake that would be responsive to public needs during drought periods. Scope of plan includes description of existing water supply, conditions, reservoir storage, water quality evaluation, impacts on other projects and conclusions. This site can provide a maximum water supply reserve of about 500 acre-feet (163 million gallons).
