Signal Detection in Multiple-Access Channels.

Abstract

The overall purpose of this research project was to seek new methods for improving the robustness and efficiency of multiplier-user communications systems. The principal approach used was to consider the multiple-user communications problem from the viewpoint of signal detection theory, which focuses attention on the analysis and optimum design of receivers.
