Is There Life After Grief?

Abstract

The handbook examines grief from two perspectives. First, the grief process is explained along with some of the more common reactions during intense grief. The second perspective gives friends and coworkers of a bereaved individual some hints on how to help that person cope with his crisis. The handbook is designed for long-term grief recovery and emphasizes the importance of active support during the grief process.
