Mechanism of Activation of Lymphocytes-Synthesis of Regulatory Substances.

Abstract

This report describes further progress in characterizing detergent soluble DNA from activated murine splenocytes and lymphocyte cell lines. It also describes experiments implicating the involvement of DNA replication in detergent soluble DNA synthesis and disproves the assumption that detergent soluble DNA is a random degradation process.
