Fleet Project Team Participation in Major Aviation Training Device Development, Acquisition and Support.

Abstract

A survey and analysis of the Fleet Project Team support requirements was conducted. A survey of typical team functions was completed. An analysis of the procedures involved in major aviation training device acquisition and support was conducted. Feasible solutions to Fleet Project Team problems in supporting trainer life cycle design, development, operation and modification/update were developed and recommendations made. (Author)
