Morse Theory for Flows in Presence of a Symmetry Group.

Abstract

Different ways of studying an equivariant flow are investigated and, in particular, the equivariant Morse theory for flows is described. This theory requires results on the cohomology of classifying spaces for finite groups which are also described here.
