Abstract

Aldon Mill Pond Dam is a stone masonry and earth embankment structure approximately 95 feet long and 25.5 feet high. The dam is judged to be in fair condition with several areas that require attention. The dam is classified as small and has a significant hazard potential. The test flood for this dam is the 100-year flood and is calculated to be 2,500 cfs. (Author)
