Management Analysis of the Programming Process (MAPP). Phase I. RDTE Appropriation.

Abstract

This study contains a descriptive model of the HQ DARCOM FY 86-90 RDTE programming process. The model graphically depicts the DARCOM RDTE programming infrastructure in terms of organizational interfaces and information flow. It is a historical representation of the programming activities occurring from February 1983 to January 1984. The DA LRRDAP, RDTE annual review, MARDIS, and RDTE manpower processes are highlighted.
