Great Warriors: Hannibal Barca and Publius Cornelius Scipio Africanus

Abstract

This report presents a review, analysis and comparison of the military achievements of Hannibal and Scipio during the Second Punic War (219 - 201 B.C). The author uses an ACSC Strategy Process Model as the framework for the analysis. This study provides the student of military history the basis for comparing the importance of strategy and tactics.
