Guide targeted toward senior USAF officers selected for assignment as base commanders. Addresses the mission and organization of the Consolidated Base Personnel Office (CBPO), a brief summary of some of the important programs directed by the CBPO, and how effective interaction between the CBPO, unit commanders, and the base commander can positively affect mission accomplishment.
