Radiofrequency and Microwave Radiation.

Abstract

The results of a literature review on radiofrequency (RF) and microwave radiation safety are given. This review highlights the most recent information on sources and applications of RF and microwave radiation, biological effects, RF and microwave radiation protection standards, and a brief overview of the Health Physics Staff's non ionizing radiation safety program.
