Progress in Power Distribution in Fiscal Year 1982.

Abstract

This publication is a report on accomplishments in the area of power distribution made in Fiscal Year 1982. These include: (1) Development and demonstration of a touch screen cathode ray tube power distribution control, including paralleling; (2) Development and demonstration of the use of fiber optics for such control; (3) Further reduction in the input current harmonics in the 15 KW Frequency Changer, which uses the Delco Resonant AC-DC Converter; and (4) Demonstration of the great tolerance to non-linear loads inherent in the 28-SCR Delco Inverter.
