Deflocculants for Tape Casting Barium Titanate.

Abstract

The dispersion properties of disperants with barium titanate were studied. Rheological, settling, volume and adsorption isotherms were obtained for barium titanate in MEK-ethanol using a phosphate ester dispersant. Effects of storage conditions, dispersants and order of addition of tape casting components on the ultimate strength of green tapes were determined. (Author)
