Abstract

Quinsigamond Pond Dam is an earthfill dam with an arched, stone masonry spillway. The dam and spillway is about 240 feet long and 18 feet high. The dam is considered to be in fair condition. In addition, the dam has been classified in the 'high' hazard category. Based on size and hazard classification, the test flood is 1/2 the PMF.
