Women in the Military.

Abstract

This bibliography lists books, general and legal periodical articles, and congressional materials on the topic of women in the U.S. military services. Items discuss such issues as the women 'firsts' in the armed forces, women in combat, draft of women, pregnant soldiers, and equal opportunity issues. Cited items were published mainly from 1970 to 1983, but some items date back to 1942.
