AMIS - Acquisition Management Information System Problems and Promises.

Abstract

This report discusses the present status of the Acquisition Management Information System (AMIS), including positive and negative aspects of the system, and presents recommendations for effective utilization of the system. The report also explores the future of AMIS and recommends short-term and long-range implementation plans. (Author)
