Abstract

This report addresses the water resource and related problems and needs of the lower Sheyenne River basin with particular emphasis on reducing flood damages. The main report summarizes the water resource and related problems and needs of the basin, the alternatives evaluated, the process used to develop and select a plan, conclusion and recommendations, and the environmental impact statement.
