Abstract

This report addresses the water resource and related problems and needs of the lower Sheyenne River basin with particular emphasis on reducing flood damages. The technical appendixes present detailed information used in investigating the problems and needs, assessing the impacts of the alternatives, and evaluating the alternatives and technical details of the selected plan. Contents: Appendix A: Coordination and Public Participation; Appendix B: Hydrology; Appendix C: Hydraulic Analysis and Interior Drainage Design.
