Optics of Solids (Surface Related) and Effect of Surface Roughness on MOS.

Abstract

Major results of these contracts included: 1) New predictions of giant enhanced Goos-Hanchen shift at resonance in semiconductors; 2) New predictions of spectral and temporal behavior of optical responses; and 3) New 4-wave mixing in resonant exciton semiconductors. (Author)
