Abstract

This report covers in detail the solid state research work of the Solid State Division at Lincoln Laboratory for the period 1 November 1983 through 31 January 1984. The topics covered are Solid State Device Research, Quantum Electronics, Materials Research, Microelectronics, and Analog Device Technology. Funding is primarily provided by the Air Force, with additional support provided by the Army, DARPA, Navy, NASA, and DOE. (Author)
