Abstract

The effort made for this study contract is grouped into two major categories: (1) Experimental and theoretical study of the infrared emission generated in a low pressure gaseous glow discharge, and (2) Processing of SCRIBE (Stratospheric Cryogenic Interferometer Balloon Experiment) data.
