Robust Adaptive Kalman Trackers for Systems with Unknown Step Inputs Non-Gaussian Delay Measurement Errors.

Abstract

Signals from target sources produce intersensor delay measurements in sensing arrays. Apriori knowledge of range may improve the delay measurement uncertainty. Correlated inter-sensor noise may be taken into account. Robust statistical methods can be used to further improve the use of the measurements in estimating target states.
