The Reactions of Bis(tricyclohexyl Phosphine)-Rhodium(I)carbonyl Tetrahydridoborate with Carbon Dioxide and Formic Acid.

Abstract

Interaction of the title complex with CO2 at 100 deg/50 atm or with HCO2H at 20 deg C results in formation of the format complex (Cy3P)2(CO)Rh(02CH) whose structure is assigned on the basis of its combined spectroscopic (IR, 1H, 13C, 31P NMR) properties.
