Fundamentals of Computer Programming for Engineers.

Abstract

This document teaches engineers how to write computer programs independent of any specific programming language. It shows the four principles of programming and how to use them to build computer programs in English. It shows how to translate the English programs into an appropriate engineering computer programming language: ratfor, Pascal, C, FORTRAN77, FORTRAN66, or BASIC. It also provides a programming checklist and a debugging guide.
