Management Support Services. Fiscal Year 85 Report.

Abstract

The attached document presents the major command and operating agency management support services agendas for Fiscal Year 1985. This year's edition of the Management Support Services (MSS) Program, comprised of a wide-range of contracted services, is intended to support management and control programs under the auspices of AR 5-14, Appendix B, Category C, 'Analytical Support Services.' This document complements the Fiscal Year 1985 Army Study Program document which details efforts conducted under Category B, AR 5-14, Appendix B, 'analytical Support Services, ' and AR 5-5, Management of Army Studies and Analyses. Taken together, these documents delineate the efforts managed by the Study Program Management Office under the overall title of Consultants, Studies and Management Support Services (CSAMSS). This MSS Program reviews the proposed and on-going contracted services and listings are grouped by title, sponsor, Army Goal, and project identification code.
