A Two Photoelectrode Solid-State Photoelectrochemical Cell,

Abstract

The solid-state photoelectrochemical cell p-InP/C44H28N4Fe(+3) Porphine, Nafion 117/Nafion 117/(bpy)3Ru(2+), Nafion 117/n-Cds was prepared and given photopotentials in excess of 1100mV and appears to be a novel approach for not only specialized storage devices but also in specific detector applications.
