On the Quadratic Mean Radius of a Polynomial in C(z).
Abstract
The main purpose of this note is to state a conjecture which may be regarded as an analogue of Rolle's theorem for arbitrary polynomials P sub n (z) with real or complex coefficient, having the origin z=0 as the centroid of the zeros of P sub n (z).
