Preliminary Test Design Requirements for the Joint Logistics Over the Shore (JLOTS) II Test and Evaluation Program.

Abstract

The purpose of this report is to provide information for the definition of a Joint Logistics Over-the-Shore II (JLOTS II) Test and Evaluation Program. The JLOTS II Program is being sponsored in order to demonstrate, among other things, the Services' abilities to discharge non-selfsustaining cargo ships at locations which do not have specialized port facilities.
