Abstract

This report provides details on the effectiveness of security screening of passengers and all property intended to be carried out in the aircraft cabin in the air transportation or intrastate air transportation. It also provides a statistical summary of aircraft hijackings and alleged violations of Federal Aviation regulations pertaining to security screening.
