Monolithic Thin Film SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) Structures.

Abstract

A new storage correlator is presented. The characteristics are long storage and ease of fabrication. Very large Q values for SAW (on-silicon) resonators are reported. New device concepts involving A1GaAs-GaAs double heterostructures are proposed. (Author)
