A New Theory of Low Frequency Relaxation Phenomenon in Condensed Matter.

Abstract

This final technical report contains a brief introduction of the problem of low frequency relaxation phenomenon in condensed matter and a precise of the work done during the ONR contract period 1 July 1982 through 31 August 1984. Relationship of this work with current research is emphasized. A total of sixteen papers were written during this period and in this report a list of these along with brief summaries of each is given. The reprints of the published papers are enclosed along with this report.
