Areas under consideration were in Nevada, Utah, and New Mexico and Texas. Topics covered in this volume include: Quality of Life; and Natural Environment--Water and air resources, Erosion, Mining and geology, Native vegetation, Pronghorn, Sage grouse/Lesser prairie chicken, Bighorn sheep, Protected species, (Desert tortoise, Utah prairie dog, Rare plants and Aquatic species), and Wilderness.
