Abstract

The first section of the report discusses such aquatic habitats of the Nevada/Utah and Texas/New Mexico areas as wetlands, rivers, and playa lakes. Also discussed are aquatic biota such as fish and lowe trophic species, and game fishing. The second section lists the impacts of construction and operation of the proposed facilities on these areas, including effects on protected species.
