An Analysis and Case Development of the Army Development and Employment Agency.

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the Army Development and Employment Agency (ADEA) and develop an indepth case study based on it. The case study contains situations and issues which, when used by the Organizational Effectiveness School, would require students to make an integrated application on the curriculum key concepts in Management, Systems, and Behavioral Science. It would also require the student to make application of the knowledge he or she gets from the curriculum components of Probability and Statistics, Computer Literacy and How The Army Runs. The aim of these conjoint cases is to allow the students to develop solutions for a single organization's problems utilizing all of the curriculum's content. (Author).
