An Atlas of Nitrogen-Broadened Water Vapor Spectra from 500 to 5000 cm(-1). Volume 1.

Abstract

An Atlas of pressure broadened H20 spectra between 500 and 5000 per cm is presented. For each frequency, four spectra are presented, from top to bottom: 10.7 Torr pure H20; 10.7 Torr H20 plus 90 Torr N2; 10.7 Torr H20 plus 290 Torr N2; and 10.7 Torr H20 plus 730 Torr N2. All spectra are at 294 k and were taken with a path length of 821 meters. Tables of approximate line frequencies are also included. Volume I contains spectral plots and Volume II contains the line listings.
