Abstract
The FASEB Summer Research Conference on Neuronal Cell Cultures, sponsored in part by this grant, was held at Saxton's River, Vermont from August 12-17, 1984. The week-long meeting consisted of a number of formal sessions in which invited speakers of international stature reviewed the current state of knowledge and presented their own work in selected areas of cellular neurobiology. Discussion periods as well as poster sessions and informal encounters further enriched the meeting and facilitated the exchange of ideas and information.
