The Impact of Labor Unions on Construction Productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impacts, both positive and negative, that labor unions have on the productivity of construction. After the positive and negative aspects have been considered, overall conclusions will be drawn and recommendations will be put forth in order to try to improve the present state of the industry.
