Management Analysis of the Programming Process (MAPP). Phase II. Procurement Appropriations.

Abstract

This study developed a descriptive model of the HQ AMC FY 86-90 Procurement programming process, The model graphically depicts the AMC Procurement programming infrastructure in terms of organizational interfaces and information flow. It is a historical representation of the programming activities occurring from May 1983 to March 1984. The DA LRRDAP and AMP review processes are highlighted.
