Abstract
One of the main objectives of this conference is to have discussion about more innovation with technology and better productivity in the task of training the people of the Armed Services. There is alos more emphasis on training needs of the individual services in this conference. Simulation and training devices, the soaring costs of training ammunition, instructors levels of skill, submarine manpower and training site organization, integrated logistics support, contracting problems for training software and equipment, support personnel, man-machine interface, aircraft simulators, maintenance of training equipment do maintain readiness, low-cost training devices, configuration control of software, graphics technology, and determining new capabilities of simulation are among the topics in the panel discussions recorded in this proceedings.
