Abstract
In justification of programs requested, this document, in separate volume for each of the five Procurement Appropriations, and one separate volume for Construction Programs, provides backup data for the Army budget submission for FY 1986. Included are Summaries of Requirements, Program and Financing Statements and Selected Data Sheets. The DD Forms 1391 contained herein provide the justification data required to support the Fiscal Year 1986 Army Procurement Budget Estimates as submitted to Congress in February 1985. Projects for the Aircraft Procurement, Army appropriation are reflected on pages 1-8, for the Missile Procurement, Army appropriation on pages 9-12, for the Procurement of Weapons and Tracked Combat Vehicles, Army appropriation on pages 13-32, and for the Procurement of Ammunition, Army appropriation on pages 33-59.
