In justification of programs requested, this document, in separate volume for each of the five Procurement Appropriations, and one separate volume for Construction Programs, provides backup data for the Army Budget submission for FY 1966. Included are Summaries of Requirements, Program and Financing Statements and Selected Data Sheets. This volume has procurement programs for aircraft.
